Digital Media Strategist Role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Digital Media Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will combine analytical insights with creative thinking to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Plan campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging aligned with target audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, engagement rates) and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimize media spend, targeting, and creative elements to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
• Present campaign strategies and performance reports to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with digital advertising best practices.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital media planning or strategy.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel digital marketing, paid media, and analytics.
• Proficiency with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio).
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable media strategies.
