Nevertiti Star Trading, a dynamic Dubai-based company specialising in trading and distribution across diverse product categories, is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are committed to quality, reliability, and building strong client relationships, and we are looking for a professional who can develop, implement, track, and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology, and will be instrumental in driving our companys growth in the digital space.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all relevant platforms.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
• Identify trends and insights to optimise campaign spend and performance.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create effective landing pages and optimise the user experience.
• Utilise strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Liaise with marketing agencies and other external partners as required.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in a digital marketing role.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience in setting up and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of the latest marketing trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly desirable.
