Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for healthcare to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise and healthcare industry knowledge to develop and implement digital strategies that drive client engagement, brand awareness, and overall growth. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will leverage various digital channels to promote our healthcare services and reach our target audiences.
Key responsibilities and Duties:
1. Develop and Execute Digital Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
2. SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and develop content strategies to improve organic search rankings, visibility, and web traffic for healthcare services.
3. PPC Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) with a focus on cost-effective patient acquisition and lead generation.
4. Social Media Management: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, focusing on healthcare-related topics, patient education, and services offered.
5. Client Engagement: Manage email marketing campaigns targeting prospective and existing patients, using segmentation and automation for targeted outreach.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on KPIs, such as website traffic, patient inquiries, and campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and healthcare-specific software.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal healthcare teams, such as physicians, clinical staff, and content creators, to ensure messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and compliant with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
8. Stay Informed on Healthcare Trends: Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, healthcare industry shifts, and compliance regulations to ensure strategies are effective and compliant.
Qualification Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, BBA in Digital Marketing Communications, Marketing in Healthcare, or related field.
