Job Description

The role of a Digital Marketing Specialist is central to executing and managing online advertising and marketing campaigns. These professionals are tasked with driving online traffic to an organization's website, products, or services. Utilizing an extensive knowledge of digital marketing tactics including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and content marketing, they optimize the online presence of their brand. Digital Marketing Specialists are analytical, creative, and versatile individuals responsible for identifying trends, analyzing metrics, and developing actionable insights into customer behavior and engagement. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across different digital channels.
  • Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experiences.
  • Design and manage email marketing initiatives to engage target audience effectively.
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels for user engagement.
  • Identify and maintain partnerships with influential industry stakeholders and clients.
  • Utilize analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels.
  • Manage budget for digital marketing campaigns and ensure cost-effective ad placements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective content and messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is essential.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and digital marketing strategy implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools, particularly Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for the role.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
