Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are a key player in the development and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies aimed at creating brand awareness, driving online traffic, and generating leads and sales for the organization. You will be responsible for managing various online marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. Your role demands a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends and technology, coupled with an ability to provide creative, results-oriented solutions. You will work closely with different departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and help drive the company's overall growth and success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
  • Segment target audiences and create relevant marketing messages for each group.
  • Manage the organization's presence on social media, including content creation and engagement.
  • Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
  • Coordinate PPC advertising campaigns, including keyword strategy and budget management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure cohesive brand messaging across channels.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns that effectively engage and nurture leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Two or more years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics and AdWords.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective messaging.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions effectively.
  • Experience with content management and social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
