Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for building, planning, and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and optimize the online presence of the organization. This position requires innovation, creativity, and analytical thinking to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The individual will play a key role in managing online content, social media interactions, and digital advertising. Furthermore, the Digital Marketing Specialist will monitor trends and new tools in the digital space to incorporate the latest industry standards into the strategies. Working closely with different departments, this role requires strong collaborative skills to align marketing strategies with the organizational goals to achieve high engagement and conversion rates.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns using appropriate channels for target audience engagement.
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports to optimize campaign strategies and improve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives.
  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies to increase website visibility and improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms to enhance online presence through consistent and engaging content.
  • Explore new digital platforms and tools to stay updated on current digital trends and technological advancements.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and insights that will impact digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities to discover potential improvements for in-house strategies.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure compelling visuals are incorporated into Ads and marketing materials.
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently for various digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and other data protection laws in all digital marketing activities.
  • Foster relationships with external digital marketing agencies to enhance reach and efficiency of campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is required.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Excellent understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to refine digital strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective team collaboration.
  • Experience with graphic design software is a plus for creating marketing materials.
