Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. You will enhance brand awareness within the digital space and drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers. This role requires a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the support of various teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to launch campaigns on time and on budget. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of digital marketing concepts and has experience in creative content development and a passion for digital technologies and social media.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize our company's website and social media accounts.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and strategies.
  • Create and deliver engaging content for blogs, websites, and social media.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize email marketing techniques to nurture and convert leads.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Conduct SEO analysis and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Work with external agencies and freelancers when necessary for campaign execution.
  • Track and analyze website traffic and user engagement using analytics tools.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partner organizations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Proficient in the use of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking for marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective marketing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
