Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and our products. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. You will work closely with our marketing team to identify marketing trends and opportunities, as well as interface with various departments to align marketing objectives with overall business strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with our brand’s voice and marketing goals.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing efforts against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website.
  • Utilize digital advertising to increase online presence and business revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role with successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
