Job Description

A Digital Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space and driving traffic to a company’s website. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence on relevant channels.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners effectively and efficiently.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase rankings and drive traffic.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and assess digital marketing budgets and allocate resources wisely.
  • Ensure that the content aligns with company objectives and audience interest.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising strategies.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills for project execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and optimize digital marketing performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team.
