What Youll Be Doing:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Define the most important social media KPIs and track success.
• Manage and oversee social media content and ensure it aligns with overall brand strategy and goals.
• Measure the success of every campaign using data analytics and generate detailed reports.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Create and execute marketing strategies to promote our niche podcast
• Conducting detailed audience research to target potential customers effectively.
• Designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end Facebook and Google ad campaigns.
• Take complete ownership of the lead generation efforts on digital channels and use all available resources.
  
  

• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs.
• Familiarity with the interiors, contracting, and similar industries is a plus.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
