Specific Job Duties
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Marketing Manager and lead the execution of Biz Easy’s digital intelligence infrastructure for Fortune Global 500 subsidiaries and multinational enterprises operating in the Middle East.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Strategic B2B Planning & Positioning

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies targeting MNEs with consolidated revenue exceeding EUR 750 million.

Align all campaigns with Biz Easy’s long-term scaling strategy.

Translate regulatory complexity (e.g., DMTT, BEPS Pillar Two, UAE Corporate Tax) into structured, executive-facing narratives.

Support seminar and whitepaper strategies as core lead-generation engines.

Content priorities are not fixed on an annual basis. They are determined dynamically through discussion with the Marketing Manager, based on regulatory developments, market intelligence, executive demand trends, and strategic revenue objectives.

2. SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Leadership

Execute advanced SEO initiatives on high-authority regulatory topics such as:

“BEPS Pillar Two UAE”

“Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax UAE”

“UAE e-Invoicing 2026”

Implement GEO strategy to optimize content for AI engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).

Structure content using AI-friendly formatting, including:

Executive Summary blocks

FAQ-style Q&A sections

Structured data (JSON-LD) markup

Improve high-impression, low-CTR pages through executive-aligned headline optimization.

3. Regulatory Content Governance

Maintain a publishing calendar aligned with 2026 regulatory milestones.

Update whitepapers and Insight articles reflecting changes in:

UAE e-Invoicing (ASP deadlines)

DMTT & Pillar Two

Corporate Tax and QFZP rules

Cross-check all regulatory claims against official sources (UAE MOF, FTA, OECD).

Flag potential interpretative risks and escalate when required.

Maintain version control of all regulatory materials.

4. MarTech Automation & CRM Integration

Ensure automatic lead registration from all gated content into Zoho CRM.

Design and manage lead scoring logic, including:

+50 points for Fortune Global 500 subsidiaries

Additional scoring for regulatory exposure (e.g., DMTT-related downloads)

Implement intent-based sales triggers:

Automatic internal alerts when leads repeatedly access strategic content

Maintain tagging system for regulatory interest segmentation.

Conduct quarterly automation workflow audits.

5. Data-Driven Funnel Optimization

Use GA4, Search Console, and heatmap tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity) to:

Identify conversion “Golden Zones”

Optimize CTA placement

Reduce friction in complex technical pages

Monitor and optimize CPL, CPC, and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.

Propose A/B testing plans on a monthly basis.

6. Executive-Level Email Marketing

Develop automated email nurture campaigns for the Fortune Global 500 lead database.

Segment content based on regulatory exposure and industry.

Optimize open rates, click-through rates, and meeting conversion rates.

Ensure email tone reflects CFO/CEO-grade professionalism.


7. Social Media & Thought Leadership Amplification

Lead LinkedIn positioning strategy targeting C-suite executives.

Repurpose Insights and seminars into executive-level posts.

Manage high-quality visual content (Canva/Adobe) aligned with Biz Easy brand guidelines.

Avoid B2C-style promotional messaging.

8. Performance Intelligence & Reporting

Prepare monthly executive marketing reports including:

Qualified MQL metrics

Revenue attribution insights

Regulatory content performance

Automation health diagnostics

Analyze behavior of Fortune Global 500-level leads.

Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.

9. Website Performance & UX Governance

Participate in website development and performance optimization projects.

Ensure fast-loading, structured, and executive-friendly UX.

Coordinate with developers to maintain:

Structured data compliance

Technical SEO standards

Secure and professional presentation.

10. Regulatory Risk & Crisis Response

Immediately suspend and escalate content if regulatory inaccuracies are detected.

Support rapid correction within 24 hours when necessary.

Ensure disclaimers are properly applied in technical materials.

Protect brand credibility among Fortune Global 500 clients.

Strategic Positioning of This Role

This role is not a general social media position.

It is a strategic B2B execution function responsible for:

Converting regulatory intelligence into digital assets

Supporting high-value enterprise acquisition

Eliminating manual dependency through automation

Strengthening institutional credibility

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience: 4–5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role within the UAE market.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and marketing automation software.

Regulatory Awareness: Basic understanding of the 2026 UAE tax environment (Corporate Tax, DMTT, e-Invoicing).

Design & Publishing: Knowledge of web publishing and creative design fundamentals; experience managing external designers.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; ability to simplify complex regulatory topics for executives.

Logical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Attention to Detail: High precision, particularly regarding regulatory deadlines and technical figures.
