Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's brand, products, and services in the digital space. This role requires a deep understanding of current online marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. You will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Oversee the social media strategy to increase overall brand presence.
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook and Twitter.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate.
  • Improve user experience, facilitate content, and optimize platforms effectively.
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s).
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new technologies.
  • Work with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the company blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, and newsletters.
  • Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for public relations and advertising initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field of study.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing management roles.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking capability.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and instruments.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM campaigns.
