Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is a vital role within our organization, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's brand, products, and services. This role plays a significant part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The Digital Marketing Manager works closely with internal teams to ensure that the marketing strategy is aligned with business goals. This position requires someone who is innovative, analytical, and a strategic thinker. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of expertise in digital marketing platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to optimize marketing strategies for the digital landscape.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Identify, evaluate, and target new digital market opportunities proactively.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to adjust digital marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create aligned marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Drive online traffic and acquire new customers through effective strategies.
  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring its content is up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets and project resources effectively.
  • Generate multimodal reports to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of new digital marketing trends and technologies to apply innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or related fields for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze web traffic metrics.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising and lead generation techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
