Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. This position involves managing the overall marketing activities, particularly content, SEO, social media, conversion testing, and online ROI optimization for the company. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to coordinate the strategic marketing process and oversee the management of marketing operations and content development. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness, and creativity to come up with innovative solutions to reach out to target audiences in a constantly evolving internet landscape.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Oversee social media campaigns, ensuring content and messaging align with brand standards.
  • Analyze analytics reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital channels and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with content creators to design, write, and launch engaging digital marketing content.
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click and display advertising.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Maintain the organization's website and ensure functionality and architecture are optimal.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve existing initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring financial efficiency in operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a dynamic team of digital marketing professionals in various disciplines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role for at least 3 years.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, website, email, and social media best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
