Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will focus on website management, SEO, CRO, and performance optimization across corporate and eCommerce websites. This role suits candidates with hands-on experience in WordPress, Shopify, GA4, SEO tools, and front-end technologies.


Key Responsibilities

Website Management & Performance

  • Manage and optimize corporate and eCommerce websites
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, and CMS platforms
  • Improve website speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals
  • Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, landing pages, UX improvements, and A/B testing
  • Perform front-end updates using HTML and CSS
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility

SEO, Organic Growth & AI Optimization

  • Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimization)
  • Support SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization for organic visibility
  • Assist with schema markup and SEO-driven content structure
  • Track performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Google Tag Manager
  • Support reporting and insights on organic traffic and rankings

Digital Marketing & Collaboration

  • Support ad-hoc digital marketing projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams across business units
  • Contribute to branding, campaign planning, and creative initiatives
  • Support CRM, email marketing, and AI-driven automation initiatives


Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of WordPress & Shopify
  • Experience with SEO tools: SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, PHP
  • Basic exposure to AWS or Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for UX/UI and design
  • Interest in AI tools, automation, and emerging digital trends
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in English & Arabic


Additional Details

  • Salary: AED 8,000 – 9,000 + Visa + Insurance + Annual Air Tickets
  • Location: Bur Dubai
  • Joining: Immediate preferred
  • Mandatory: Fully attested educational degree from the home country and MOFA (UAE)
