Our growth is heavily powered by digital and social media, and we’re now looking for a highly creative, Arabic‑speaking Digital Marketing Executive to take our online presence to the next level.
Role Overview
As Digital Marketing Executive – social media, you will own and grow Promate’s brand across TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
You’ll be responsible for the full social media cycle: strategy, content creation, posting, community management, paid support, analytics, and optimization. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think like a strategist, create like a content creator, and analyze like a performance marketer.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a multi‑platform social media strategy aligned with Promate’s brand, product launches, and commercial objectives.
- Build and manage a content calendar for TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook,YouTube,e and LinkedIn.
- Set clear channel‑specific KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic, leads, sales).
2. Creative Content & Production
- Concept, script and produce engaging short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories, Snaps) and static/carousel content in both Arabic and English when required.
- Develop creative content around product launches, how‑tos, reviews, UGC and lifestyle storytelling.
- Write platform‑specific captions, hooks and CTAs that maximize watch time, shares and clicks.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure all assets are on‑brand.
3. Channel Management & Community Building
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of all social channels: scheduling, posting, formatting, tagging and optimization.
- Monitor comments, DMs and mentions; respond promptly and professionally in Arabic and English.
- Build a strong community by engaging with followers, creators, partners, and relevant online communities.
4. Campaigns, Paid Media & Influencers
- Plan and execute integrated social campaigns for major launches and seasonal moments using organic and paid media.
- Set up, monitor and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
- Identify and manage collaborations with influencers, reviewers, and content creators in the consumer electronics / lifestyle tech space.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
- Track and analyse performance using native platform analytics and web analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and action points.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, formats, audiences and posting times to continually improve KPIs.
- Monitor competitors and global social trends; suggest new formats, features and platforms for Promate to test.
6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, E‑commerce, Trade Marketing and Sales teams to ensure social content supports go‑to‑market plans, promotions, and key retailers/online marketplaces.
- Support e‑commerce teams with social‑first content that drives traffic and conversions.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing and social media experience, preferably with consumer electronics, lifestyle, or fast‑moving consumer brands.
- Social media expertise: Proven success managing and growing brand accounts on TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with measurable results in engagement and growth.
- Content creation skills:
- Strong storytelling ability and creative direction.
- Confident filming content (mobile or basic studio).
- Experience editing vertical video (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Final Cut, etc.).
- Copywriting: Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across different platforms and audiences.
- Languages (MUST):
- Fluent Arabic (native) – spoken and written.
- Strong English – spoken and written.
- Data‑driven mindset: Comfortable working with analytics, dashboards and reports to make performance‑based decisions.
- Digital marketing knowledge: Working understanding of how social integrates with SEO, paid media, email and overall digital funnels.
- Tools: Experience with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics and at least one social media management tool.
- Experience managing multi‑market or GCC/MENA social media activities.
- Experience in tech, gadgets, or consumer electronics brands.
