Organization- Grand Hyatt Dubai

Summary

You will play a crucial role on the overall digital strategy deployed on digital media, related e-commerce activity and driving social campaign for Grand Hyatt Dubai.

You will work closely with other departments, such as Operations, Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Marketing, to gather relevant data and support all business requirements and objectives.

  • Support the digital marketing team in driving direct bookings through brand.com; create and manage campaigns across all channels, including but not limited to SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing efforts.
  • Update and maintain websites and micro-sites.
  • Manage online listings and respond guests’ online feedback, creating a positive relationship with guests through online reputation platforms.
  • Work closely with internal team and external partners to ensure campaign’s KPIs are achieved across all channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital, e-commerce, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Understanding of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, initiative-taker.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
