Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and visibility of our company through strategic online marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll bring innovative marketing ideas to life, using your deep understanding of digital channels, analytics, and consumer behavior. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and plans.
  • Manage and optimize SEO campaigns to improve search engine rankings.
  • Create and oversee compelling content for blog posts, websites, and social media.
  • Coordinate and execute Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and report on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with designers to create attractive and effective promotional materials.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and preferences.
  • Track and measure social media engagement to increase followers and interaction.
  • Utilize email marketing tools to distribute targeted messages and newsletters.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers and media outlets for brand promotion.
  • Optimize marketing automation processes to improve campaign efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role for at least 2 years.
  • Strong skills in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools including Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking is highly desirable.
