Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive is a pivotal role in any organization looking to strengthen its online presence and drive customer engagement through digital channels. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products or services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence and engagement.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on data.
  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at customer retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategy and execution to increase site rankings and visibility.
  • Develop content strategies that align with business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements to digital marketing strategies.
  • Work with designers and developers to ensure cohesive branding online.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or related field necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics crucial.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, marketing databases, and email marketing essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and online advertising best practices.
  • Creative in execution to create engaging and compelling digital content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
