About The Role

We are hiring a Content Creator to be the creative engine behind the social channels of a portfolio of restaurant brands in Dubai. This is an on-the-ground, in-venue role: shooting Reels at the pass, capturing the room as it fills, and turning it all into content that performs on Instagram and TikTok.

The role combines content creation (shooting and editing daily short-form video), content writing (captions, hooks, and scripts in each brand's voice), content planning (monthly calendars per brand), and campaign planning (social campaigns for launches, seasonal moments, and promotions). You genuinely live on Instagram and TikTok, and you know why one hook works and another dies.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Content Creation - Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video and photo content (Reels, TikToks, stories, statics) across multiple restaurant brands - primarily mobile-first, fast-turnaround, and native to each platform.
• Content Writing - Write captions, hooks, on-screen text, and short video scripts in each brand's tone of voice - copy that drives saves, shares, and bookings rather than filler.
• Content Planning - Build and maintain monthly content calendars for each brand, mapping content pillars (food, people, venue, trends, offers) against commercial priorities, new menu drops, and events.
• Campaign Planning - Concept and plan social-led campaigns for venue launches, seasonal moments (Ramadan, festive, summer), and promotions - defining the idea, content list, formats, posting plan, and success measures.
• Trend Adaptation - Monitor trending sounds, formats, and creators daily, and adapt relevant trends for our brands quickly and credibly - same-day where the moment demands it.
• In-Venue Shooting - Work inside live restaurant environments - during prep, service, and events - capturing food, chefs, staff, and guests with confidence and discretion, including some evenings and weekends around key moments.
• Editing & Post - Edit all content in CapCut and native platform tools (colour, pacing, sound, captions, text overlays), maintaining a consistent visual standard per brand.
• Shoot Day Support - Support professional photography and video shoots - assisting with shot lists, capturing BTS content, and producing social cutdowns from hero footage.
• Community Engagement - Support community management across brand accounts - replying to comments and DMs, engaging with food creators and guests, and flagging conversations worth amplifying.
• Performance Feedback - Review what performed each week with the digital marketing team and feed the learnings straight back into next week's content plan.
  
  

What You Bring

• 3-5 years creating content for consumer brands, with F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle experience strongly preferred.
• A portfolio of published short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) that you shot, edited, and wrote yourself.
• Strong skills in CapCut, Instagram/TikTok native tools, and Canva; confident shooting on iPhone and comfortable around cameras.
• Excellent written English for captions and scripts (Arabic content skills are a plus).
• A genuine understanding of what performs on social - hooks, pacing, trends, posting times - backed by results you can show.
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Sprout, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
• Energetic, self-directed, and happy working in live restaurant environments, including some evenings and weekends.
