We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital & KOL Marketing Specialist to manage online marketing campaigns and build strong collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through digital channels and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate combines expertise in digital marketing, influencer strategy, and content collaboration to drive measurable brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Execution:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend improvements to maximize engagement and ROI.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
KOL & Influencer Marketing:
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators to support marketing campaigns.
Negotiate collaboration terms, manage contracts, and ensure timely content delivery.
Monitor and evaluate KOL campaign performance and effectiveness.
Content & Campaign Collaboration:
Work with creative and content teams to develop engaging campaigns and marketing materials.
Ensure campaigns integrate seamlessly across digital channels and influencer content.
Assist in creating briefs and guidelines for influencers to maintain brand consistency.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign metrics, social media performance, and influencer engagement.
Generate reports with insights and actionable recommendations for management.
Monitor industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and influencer marketing best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or KOL management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and influencer marketing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
