DevOps Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Design, implement, and manage cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP/On Prem).

Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support rapid release cycles.

Manage containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Prepare Bills of Materials / Cost Estimations to support customer decision and planning for Self Hosted Hosting models

Own infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager etc).

Set up and maintain monitoring & alerting frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

Drive cloud security automation (IAM, SSL, secrets management).

Partner with engineering teams to embed DevOps into SDLC.

Troubleshoot production issues and drive incident response.

Support and manage cloud environments

Prepare network architecture diagrams and low level designs for clients based on deployment strategies

Prepare DC to DC designs for clients based for various cloud service provides and on-prem set ups Support multi-tenant SaaS scaling strategies

Required Skills & Tools

Cloud PlatformsProficiency in AWS (core focus), Azure (AKS, ExpressRoute), GCP and/or On-Prem.ContainerizationAdvanced Kubernetes (StatefulSets vs Deployments, Pod Lifecycle, Helm).IaCExpert-level Terraform (Modules, Backend Locking, State Import).CI/CDExperience with GitHub Actions, Argo CD (GitOps), and Jenkins.SecuritySecret management via HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secret Manager.Scripting,Strong proficiency in Bash and Python (Boto3 for AWS automation).DatabasesManaging database deployments in K8s and optimizing performance (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

6-8 years experience as DevOps/Cloud Engineer in SaaS or enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).

Proficient in Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation.

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash).

Experience with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

Strong grasp of cloud security best practices.

Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures.

Exposure to AI/ML pipeline deployments.

Knowledge of iPaaS / reverse ETL connectors.

Prior Startup Or Product-led Company Experience.Soft Skills

Ability to diagnose production outages under tight deadlines (SLA-driven).

Comfortable providing Knowledge Transfer (KT) and managing/mentoring junior team members.
