JOB OBJECTIVE:

Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and strong experience in cloud-native infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Helm charts, GitLab pipelines, Linux administration, Terraform, and multi‑cloud concepts. While Azure is essential, experience with AWS or GCP is considered a strong advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI to support automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Helm charts for Kubernetes-based application deployments.
• Architect, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure with a primary focus on Azure Cloud.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform across Azure environments.
• Manage and optimize Linux-based systems, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve deployment efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of production systems.
• Drive DevOps best practices, including automation, observability, and continuous improvement.
• Support containerized workloads and Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Contribute to multi‑cloud readiness; experience with AWS or GCP is a plus.

Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on DevOps experience. Strong, practical experience with Azure Cloud services and architecture.
• Solid experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes deployment workflows.
• Proven expertise in GitLab CI/CD pipeline creation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of Linux administration and system-level troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts, DevOps culture, and automation-first mindset.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or GCP (good to have, not mandatory).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and cloud governance.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
