About The Role

You provide hands-on and remote technical support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and basic network connectivity. The goal is simple: minimize downtime and keep business operations running.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
• Support applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, business apps)
• Handle user account management (Active Directory, password resets)
• Manage hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, peripherals)
• Assist with network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN connectivity)
• Log and track issues in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Perform software installations, updates, and patching
• Support onboarding/offboarding users
  
  
  

Education & Qualification Requirements

• BS or Diploma or degree in IT / Computer Science
• Certifications (optional but helpful): CompTIA A+ Microsoft (MCSA / Modern Desktop) ITIL Foundation
