Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software based on project requirements and specifications.
• Create realistic 3D visualizations and renderings using 3Ds Max software for client presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure designs meet expectations and project goals.
• Maintain and update project documentation and design records with utmost accuracy and detail.
• Translate conceptual ideas and sketches into practical design solutions using advanced tools.
• Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements for efficiency and aesthetics in projects.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects to integrate technical specifications into designs.
• Stay updated with new design trends and technologies to implement in projects and processes.
• Provide support in the preparation of design proposals and bid documents.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines in all design activities.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior designers in design techniques and software skills.
• Resolve any design-related issues that may arise during the project lifecycle promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in using AutoCAD and 3Ds Max software for design purposes.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, technical drawings, and 3D renderings.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines effectively.
