Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of the General Accident Department.

• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

• 10 years of experience in insurance or claims management, preferably in a general accident context.
  
  

• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  
  

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using claims management software and other relevant tools.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in any stream, In Insurance or a related field is plus.
• Relevant industry certifications Associate of III or CII in General Insurance are a plus.
