Experience Field:Preferably in high-rise commercial building projects (30+ floors)Experience on the contracting side is mandatoryCommercial & Contract ManagementManage all commercial aspects of the project, including cost control, contract administration, and financial reportingReview contract conditions, identify risks, and ensure compliance with contractual obligationsAdminister subcontract agreements, variations, and claimsCost Control & ReportingPrepare and monitor project budgets and cash flowTrack project costs versus budget and provide variance analysisPrepare monthly cost reports and forecastsBilling & PaymentsEnsure timely preparation and submission of client invoices (interim payment applications)Verify subcontractor bills and process payments in line with contract termsMonitor receivables and follow up for paymentsVariations & Claims ManagementIdentify, prepare, and negotiate variation orders and change requestsAssist in preparation and submission of claims (EOT, cost claims, disruption claims)Maintain proper documentation for all commercial correspondencesProcurement SupportSupport the procurement team in subcontractor evaluation and finalizationReview BOQs, material rates, and cost comparisonsCoordinationWork closely with planning, engineering, and project execution teamsSupport site teams in commercial decision-makingLiaise with client and consultants on commercial matters
