As a Field Sales Consultant, you will represent the face of Oral-B and the broader P&G Company to Dental Health Professionals and serve as the critical first point of contact in the field. You will be in a multi-faceted field selling position responsible for driving usage and recommendation amongst dental professionals and improving the presence of Oral-B in dental practices in your assigned teritory. You will collaborate with your manager to develop/implement strategies and business plans that deliver KPIs including: Usage, Recommendation, and Sales. You will develop expertise in areas such as Dental/Oral Health, clincal research, product knowledge, persuasive selling and technical support. You will occasionally attend Dental industry events, trade fairs and conferences, so some interstate travel will be required for the job.

Deliver Usage & Recommendation growth from Dental Professionals, in line with the goals of the Business Unit
Deliver market penetration and gaining of New Users via Dental Recommendation
Responsibilities Of The Role
Visit an aligned number of dental professionals
Educate and raise awareness on Oral-B regimen to obtain their usage and deliver impactful recommendations to their patients
Partner with dental professionals to deliver conversion to the Oral-B regimen
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher degree in Dentistry, Oral Hygiene, Pharmaceutical or any related scientific field.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You have professional sales experience and/or a dental/healthcare background. Experience, education in Dentistry/Oral Health, or qualification as a Registered Dental Professional (Dentist/Hygienist/OHT) is preferred, but not required.
You are a problem solver as well as excellent communicator with both strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
You have the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment by making independent decisions to manage competing priorities.
You have excellent organisation and time management skills, especially as the role is field-based and involves frequent travel by car
You have excellent territory management and development skills
A valid driver's license, and willingness to travel on the job
Locations are field based. You should reside in or be willing to personally relocate to live within Dubai and/ or Abu Dhabi (financial assistance for relocation is not available).
Candidates will ideally have Dental/ Oral care sales / Healthcare sales and/or Science background.
