Job Description

Prepare food items according to recipes and production requirements
Assist with preparation of stocks, sauces, meats, vegetables, and fruits
Ensure proper cleaning, washing, and sanitizing of ingredients
Maintain consistent food quality following SOPs and food safety standards
Operate kitchen equipment safely (slicers, grinders, mixers, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and equipment
Support senior chefs during service periods
