We are excited to announce an internal opening for a Demi Chef de Partie within FZN by Björn Frantzén, with a strong focus on the administrative side of the operation.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will center around supporting the smooth running of the department through effective administration.

Key Duties Include

• Overseeing rosters
• Managing WFS
• Being the department trainer and fire warden, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
• Managing health & safety standards and documentation
• Assisting with orders and deliveries
• Updating and maintaining notice boards and departmental communications
  
  

While this role will involve supporting the production team for approximately half of the time, it is first and foremost an administration-focused Demi Chef de Partie position.
