• Project Management Certification - Possessing certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) demonstrates expertise in project management principles and practices
• Experience - Several years of experience in project management and business analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Leadership Skills - Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for effectively leading and motivating delivery teams
• Communication - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members, as well as to handle potential conflicts
• Problem-Solving - The ability to analyse complex situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions is crucial for overcoming challenges during project delivery
