Job Title: Delivery Lead – Internet Banking

Job Summary

  • The Delivery Lead – Internet Banking is responsible for end-to-end delivery of internet banking platforms, ensuring timely, high-quality releases aligned with business objectives. This role bridges business, technology, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Internet Banking projects and enhancements.
  • Manage delivery plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and operations.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum or Waterfall delivery methodologies as applicable.
  • Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, and production release.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and internal policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and platform performance.
  • Monitor post-production performance and manage incident resolution and enhancements.
  • Prepare and present delivery status reports to senior management.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Channels, Security, Architecture, Compliance, Operations).
  • Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery against SLAs.
  • Support business users during UAT and go-live phases.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Internet Banking platforms and digital banking channels.
  • Experience in OBDX
  • Experience with APIs, middleware, integrations, and core banking systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is an advantage.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 15–20+ years of experience in IT / Digital Banking delivery.
  • Proven experience delivering Internet Banking or Digital Channel projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience working in UAE banking or financial services is mandatory.
