Tactical is hiring a Delivery Director. This person is the operator who makes creativity scalable by bringing structure, pace and clarity to complex environments. You lead the leaders who run delivery, building frameworks that actually get used, elevating quality, protecting margins and keeping teams aligned across fast-turnaround social and multi-market campaigns. You balance creative agility with commercial discipline, think in systems, speak the language of both producers and finance and drive a culture of accountability, accuracy and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do
Operational Leadership & Governance
Define and continuously refine processes that improve quality, cost, and speed.
Oversee resource planning, project tracking, utilisation, and delivery margins.
Partner with Finance to monitor delivery P&L, cost efficiency, and forecasting accuracy.
Delivery Excellence
Lead the project managers responsible for end-to-end delivery — ensuring their teams handle project intake, scoping, execution, and closeout with consistency and accuracy.
Set and embed the frameworks for project tracking, QA, and post-delivery learnings, and ensure managers apply them rigorously.
Hold managers accountable for operational KPIs including on-time delivery, margin protection, client satisfaction, and resource utilisation.
Oversee the teams running both agile social-first production and large-scale regional campaign delivery, ensuring standards are upheld across all workstreams.
Drive a structured reporting rhythm — with dashboards that give visibility, enable better decision-making, and reinforce accountability across the delivery function.
Resource, Capacity & Tooling
Implement scalable workforce planning systems and optimise team allocation across regions.
Ensure systems (e.g., Productive and other workflow tools) are accurate, up to date, and automated where possible.
Develop and maintain a freelancer and vendor ecosystem across the GCC, Egypt, and beyond.
Partner with Finance and People teams to forecast hiring needs, workforce cost, and freelance budgets.
Leadership
Lead and develop the Ops, Project Management teams.
Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, ownership, and collaboration.
Coach and mentor team leads to manage delivery excellence, feedback culture, and continuous improvement.
Champion cross-department collaboration between Creative, Strategy, Finance, Client Servicing and People.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years in operations or delivery leadership within creative, digital, or production agencies.
Proven ability to scale teams, build frameworks, and balance creativity with operational discipline.
Strong commercial acumen; able to forecast, budget, and protect delivery margin.
Skilled in data and systems; dashboards, KPIs, workflow automation, and reporting accuracy.
Experience working across multiple markets, ideally MENA and global creative hubs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Deep understanding of project delivery cycles; from agile social content to multi-region brand campaigns.
Calm under pressure, decisive, and respected as a trusted partner to creative and commercial leaders.
