As a Delivery Boy - Bike, you will be an essential part of the logistics and supply chain operations of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers. Utilizing your own bike, you will navigate through various routes to deliver items, while maintaining a commitment to safety, speed, and customer service. This role requires physical endurance, efficiency, and excellent time management skills to handle multiple deliveries. You will represent the company during interactions with customers and should do so professionally, positively, and with a focus on customer satisfaction. You should be familiar with local routes and regulations, able to handle packages responsibly, and have a keen eye for addressing any delivery-related issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of parcels and documents to customers using a bike.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for swift deliveries.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery details and times.
• Verify delivery information and collect signatures from recipients as proof of delivery.
• Keep an accurate record of deliveries made during each shift and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning bike to ensure safe and reliable delivery services.
• Adhere to all road safety laws and regulations to maintain a safe delivery environment.
• Handle and deliver packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
• Assist with loading and unloading parcels in an organized and efficient manner.
• Provide fellow team members with assistance in handling urgent or challenging deliveries.
• Monitor and manage delivery schedules to achieve high customer satisfaction rates.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or equipment malfunctions promptly to management.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a reliable, well-maintained bike are required.
