As part of our expansion into decentralized finance (DeFi), we are seeking a DeFi Strategy Manager to join our remote team. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and managing profitable DeFi strategies across multiple protocols and ecosystems.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with DeFi platforms, and a deep understanding of liquidity dynamics, yield strategies, and on-chain opportunities.

This is a fully remote position open to international candidates.

• Identify and execute DeFi strategies across various protocols (DEXs, lending platforms, yield aggregators).
• Monitor and optimize yield opportunities, including liquidity provision, staking, and farming strategies.
• Analyze on-chain data, tokenomics, and protocol mechanics to identify profitable opportunities.
• Manage capital allocation across DeFi platforms while minimizing risks (impermanent loss, smart contract risk, liquidity risk).
• Track market trends, new protocol launches, and ecosystem developments across chains (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve strategy execution, automation, and analytics tools.
• Evaluate protocol risks, audits, and security factors before deploying capital.
• Maintain performance tracking, reporting metrics, and ROI analysis for all strategies.

• Proven experience working with DeFi protocols and crypto markets.
• Strong understanding of:
• Liquidity pools and AMMs
• Yield farming and staking
• Tokenomics and incentives
• Familiarity with major DeFi ecosystems (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Polygon, etc.).
• Experience using wallets (MetaMask, hardware wallets) and interacting with smart contracts.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk vs reward in dynamic markets.
• Strong understanding of gas fees, slippage, and execution mechanics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.

• Experience with on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, etc.).
• Understanding of cross-chain bridges and liquidity flows.
• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
• Background in quantitative finance or trading strategies.

• Competitive annual salary: €100,000 – €120,000
