What Youll Do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for ensuring our yacht is impeccably maintained and guest-ready at all times, delivering nothing but the best experience for our guests.
• You will manage docking, cleaning, basic maintenance, guest boarding assistance, and uphold all safety and operational standards on board.
• Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Deck Hand, you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• You’ll work closely with the Boat Captain and hotel team to ensure a seamless, luxury experience for every guest on board.
• Weather it’s a scenic coastal cruise or a private sunset charter; you’ll help deliver magical moments our guests will never forget.

What Youll Bring

• You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
• You possess strong boating operation skills and a clear understanding of luxury service standards.
• Experience working on a Sunseeker Predator 57 is highly preferred.
• Clear and confident communication is essential to ensure seamless coordination between departments. You’ll represent our hotel at sea, so exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must.
• You hold a valid UAE Small Boat Driving License (or equivalent certifications) required to operate this class of vessel.
• English is the primary language used onboard, and you can communicate comfortably in it. Additional languages—such as Arabic, French or Italian, are an advantage.
• A natural ability to anticipate guest needs, work well under pressure, and maintain composure with a smile in every situation.
