Dealing Specialist - Trading Operations

Our client is a Dubai-based fintech company operating under licensing from the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). The company is building regulated digital asset infrastructure designed to serve the UAE, the wider GCC region, and international markets.

Currently transitioning from licensing to full operational launch, the business operates a regulated cryptocurrency exchange and is expanding into real-world asset (RWA) tokenization and digital payment solutions.

We are seeking a Dealing Specialist to support daily trading operations on a regulated cryptocurrency exchange platform. This role focuses on monitoring order flow, ensuring liquidity stability, performing trade checks, and supporting smooth market operations.

The position is execution-focused and requires strong attention to detail, structured reporting, and coordination with dealing, compliance, and risk teams.

Key Responsibilities

Trading & Market Monitoring

• Monitor live markets and order book activity across trading pairs
• Ensure adequate liquidity and escalate gaps to the Dealing Lead
• Identify unusual trading behaviour and coordinate with risk/compliance

Trade Verification & Reconciliation

• Conduct daily trade checks and validate execution data
• Support reconciliation between trading system data and internal reports
• Maintain structured dealing logs and daily operational reports

Operational Support

• Assist during market incidents and help restore normal trading conditions
• Support market makers during high-volatility events
• Contribute to operational readiness for new token listings

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in a crypto exchange or brokerage trading desk
• Strong understanding of order books and execution flows
• Familiarity with dashboards, trade logs, and reporting tools
• Basic knowledge of liquidity management and market making
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
