Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full execution of client transactions, ensuring best execution standards and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and manage the dealing desk operations, including order reception, transmission, and execution across multiple platforms.
  • Take ownership of daily dealing procedures, reports, and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for complex client queries related to trading, providing timely and well-informed responses.
  • Monitor and analyze trading system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Stay ahead of market developments, economic events, and regulatory changes, translating insights into actionable desk decisions.
  • Mentor and guide junior dealers, supporting their development and ensuring consistent team performance.
  • Drive and lead projects within the Dealing Department, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve dealing processes, systems, and workflows.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a dealing, trading operations, or capital markets role within a CIF, bank, or regulated financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and trading platform mechanics — this is a must.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work permanent night shift
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and trading platforms (MT4/MT5 preferred).
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
