Continuously innovating and implementing new technology, our IT Team maintains and supports all technologies including audio visual, hospitality and head office based systems while partnering with Operations to rollout, implement and update programs to ensure efficiencies.

We’re looking for a Data Visualization Developer to own the last mile of analytics. This role focuses on transforming governed, curated data from our Snowflake warehouse into high-performing, intuitive, and reusable reporting products in Sigma Computing.

Your impact comes from how data is shaped, modeled, and experienced at the visualization layer, ensuring it scales across departments and is trusted by operators, regional leaders, and executives.

YOU ARE:

• A Front-End Visualization Specialist: You have 5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade dashboards. While we use Sigma, we value deep expertise in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools, provided you are eager to master a modern, cloud-native platform.
• Strong in Data Modeling & Reusability: You design datasets and reporting layers that support multiple analytical use cases. You understand how modeling decisions impact scalability, governance, and long-term maintainability.
• SQL Proficient: You are comfortable writing and optimizing SQL queries to shape data for the best possible front-end performance.
• UX / UI Minded: You don’t just “build charts”, you design reporting products and applications. You think end-to-end about user flow, clean design, and real operational workflows, including interactive experiences that write back to Snowflake. Experience working with high-volume transactional data (Retail, Hospitality, or E-commerce) is a strong plus.
• Collaborative: You enjoy being the bridge between technical backend developers and business stakeholders. You can listen to an operational problem and translate it into a visual solution.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Owning the BI Front-End: Designing and maintaining the "standard-setting" dashboards and reporting products used for the organization.
• Collaborating with Backend Engineers: Working closely with our Snowflake Developers to ensure the data models they build are perfectly optimized for your front-end needs.
• Driving Dashboard Standards: Establishing the "Cactus look and feel" for data. Ensuring consistency in naming, design, and performance across all departments.
• Designing for Performance & Scale: Ensuring dashboards are efficient, fast-loading, and built on governed data models with trusted business definitions.
• Enabling Insight & Agility: Acting as a subject-matter expert who empowers self-service analytics while also supporting ad-hoc analysis, rapid prototyping, and evolving business questions.

• Provide compensation between $115,000 - $135,000. The compensation package for this role takes various factors into consideration including market rates, experience, and qualifications
