Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to design, develop, and deploy scalable data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building predictive models, analyzing large datasets, and applying AI/ML techniques to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and AI solutions for business problems.
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) on large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Build predictive models using techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, NLP, and deep learning.
• Deploy models into production using MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor model performance and continuously optimize and retrain models.
• Work with cloud platforms and big data tools for scalable data processing.
• Present insights and recommendations using data visualization and storytelling techniques.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI projects
• Experience working with large datasets and real-world business problems

• Experience with MLOps and model deployment
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or AI agents
• Strong understanding of statistics and probability
