Job Summary:

• We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with 7+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping data strategies, building predictive models, and driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven solutions.
  
  

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, NLP, or time-series forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business) to define problems and deliver solutions.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly.
• Perform feature engineering, data cleaning, and transformation using advanced data wrangling techniques.
• Work closely with Data Engineers to design and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Interpret model results and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune model performance in production.
• Contribute to the development of AI/ML best practices, documentation, and model governance.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data science or analytics with proven impact on business performance.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and predictive analytics.
• Expertise in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.) and SQL.
• Experience working with big data platforms (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).
• Solid understanding of MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP for data and model deployment.
  
  

• Exposure to NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI projects.
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experiment design.
• Certifications in data science or cloud platforms (Azure Data Scientist Associate, AWS Data Analytics, etc.)
