Data Scientist M F D

We're looking for a Data Scientist to build and deploy machine learning models that improve pricing, lead scoring, and listing quality across our property platform. You'll own the end-to-end model lifecycle, from feature engineering and experimentation through to production, working closely with engineering and business teams to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive and optimisation models using machine learning and statistical techniques.
• Build, deploy, and monitor production models on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS).
• Design model evaluation frameworks and support A/B testing initiatives.
• Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performing deployments.
• Monitor model performance, data quality, and drift to drive continuous improvement.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics.
• Strong Python, SQL, and machine learning experience (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with feature engineering, model tuning, and evaluation.
• Experience deploying ML solutions on AWS.
  
  

• GenAI and prompt engineering experience.
• Experience with SHAP or other explainability tools.
• Background in NLP or Computer Vision.
  
  

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical data solutions.
• Commercially minded with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
