Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions across Oracle Retail Insights, Customer Insights, Power BI, SSRS, and OBIEE.
- Monitor daily batch processing and data loads, investigating and resolving failures to minimise reporting disruption.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between operational systems and analytics platforms to ensure accuracy.
- Support integrations, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements while adhering to governance and change-management standards.
- Collaborate with merchandising, finance, and operations teams to deliver reporting improvements and analytical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Retail Insights, Customer Insights, OBIEE, Power BI, and SSRS.
- Strong SQL and Oracle Database skills, with experience in ETL processes, data integration, and reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Arabic language capability is advantageous.
