Job Description

Develop and maintain data governance and protection frameworks aligned with UAE and UK laws
Monitor compliance with retention rules, policies, and regulatory requirements
Define data ownership roles, classification models, and decision-making structures
Lead breach management and coordinate notifications with regulators
Deliver training and awareness programmes across the organisation

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree or higher (Masters preferred) in Law, Information Security, or related field
Minimum 10 years experience in data protection, privacy, compliance, or information security
Expertise in UAE PDPL and UK GDPR frameworks
Familiarity with ISO27701 and ISO27001 standards
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
