About the Role

The Data Program Associate will advance the organization’s data products by identifying business opportunities and managing the acquisition of new datasets from external partners. This role is central to ensuring the data strategy aligns with business goals by prioritizing datasets, assessing return on investment, and collaborating closely with product teams. The position also involves leveraging AI to support data collection and quality improvement initiatives, contributing directly to the platform’s value and client trust.

Responsibilities

• Manage new data acquisitions with third parties, including coordination and contracting aligned to business value
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize datasets based on ROI and business impact
• Support the integration of new data into the product roadmap
• Develop business cases for new segments to guide executive investment decisions
• Assist in building AI systems to acquire data, define quality metrics, and improve processes
• Apply strong attention to detail and clear, concise communication to all projects
• Reason through tradeoffs and present data-driven narratives to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 0 to 8 years of relevant professional experience

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and data structuring for analysis and summaries
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with a bias toward action and comfort solving complex problems
• Ability to clarify ideas, set priorities, and communicate effectively with teams
• Willingness to learn about AI systems and contribute to their quality evaluation
• Strong empathy for customer challenges and a commitment to improving user experiences

Pay range and compensation package

Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000Final compensation is based on factors including location, role scope, experience, and market data
