Our organization is dedicated to efficient and accurate data management to support our global trading activities. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team onsite, contributing to our commitment to operational excellence and data integrity.

Role & Responsibilities

• Input, update, and verify data accurately within our databases and internal systems.
• Manage large volumes of data with high precision and efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Generate reports and summaries from entered data as required.
• Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks to meet organizational deadlines.
  
  

• Must-Have
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with data entry software or CRM systems
• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles
• Preferred
• Previous experience in import/export or logistics industry
• Knowledge of Arabic language
