IIQAF Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining patient records, medical documentation, healthcare databases, and administrative information while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in data entry, healthcare administration, medical records, hospital administration, patient registration, health information management, document management, administrative support, and database management.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter patient information, medical records, laboratory reports, insurance details, and healthcare documentation into electronic systems.
Update, verify, and maintain healthcare databases with a high level of accuracy.
Review source documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before data entry.
Process patient registration records and administrative documentation.
Maintain electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and ensure data integrity.
Scan, organize, file, and archive healthcare documents.
Generate reports and retrieve healthcare information when requested.
Perform routine data validation and quality checks to eliminate errors.
Protect confidential patient information in accordance with privacy regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to resolve data discrepancies.
Assist with insurance documentation and billing-related data entry.
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and statistical information using Microsoft Excel.
Organize digital records for efficient retrieval and record management.
Support hospital administration with clerical and administrative tasks.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field is an advantage.
Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, Medical Data Entry Operator, Medical Records Clerk, Health Information Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, Document Controller, or Records Administrator is preferred.
Experience in hospitals, clinics, healthcare centers, laboratories, or medical facilities is highly desirable.
Excellent typing speed with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Electronic Health Records (EHR), or Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
