Data Entry Executive

Noorka Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a candidate who can handle large volumes of data with precision, maintain accurate records, and support daily logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter shipment, inventory, and client data into company systems.
• Maintain and update databases with correct and up-to-date information.
• Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing details.
• Prepare reports and summaries based on entered data.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to collect required data.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
• Perform routine data checks to maintain accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in logistics.
• Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
