Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies within mobile apps.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with on-device measurement (ODM) solutions, multi-channel and cross-device attribution models and ability to evaluate and implement appropriate attribution strategies.
- Experience in mobile app analytics platforms (both Google and third-party such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Amplitude, etc.). with an understanding of their data models, event structures, and reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices for consent management and data anonymization in a mobile app context.
- Ability to define test hypotheses, set up experiments, analyze results, and provide recommendations for app optimization.
- Ability to communicate in Russian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

The Data and Measurement team plays a critical role in Google goal to be the most trusted experts for our advertisers and partners that delivers high performing, durable advertising solutions in a privacy first ecosystem. As Data and Measurement Specialist, you will be in charge of digital transformation for advertisers and partners across the LCS book of business. You will help advertisers and partners build a solid measurement and data infrastructure foundation which customer can build their performance and media effectiveness solutions on. You will be advising clients and the industry on measurement strategies to enhance business performance and will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote the adoption of Googles preferred measurement methods and products. You will also design tests and conduct research to help clients in understanding the advertising effectiveness across digital platforms and media.

Responsibilities
- Establish and execute sales/product strategies within functions to specific clients to meet desired outcomes (e.g., business generation, product adoption, etc.), align product and business strategies to develop a roadmap, and provide feedback to inform and align product GTM strategies.
- Identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers and work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
- Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, and plan, create, deliver strategy, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
- Share and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies (e.g., objection handling, pitching, business techniques) to upscale accounts, and link solutions and best practices to meet customer and Google business needs.
