The Data Analytics Manager will provide support to the teams across UAE and the MENAT region. Deal with queries on a day-to-day basis that could be outside of direct responsibilities, including those referred by WPB, Commercial, Private Bank and network functions, seeking assistance from the Head of Sales on more complex matters. The successful candidate will be involved with multiple projects that will require outside the box thinking and creativity.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide MIs and reports to enable the effective analysis of the business trends and performance to UAE and MENAT Management team
• Submission of data to group to populate reports that enable country comparisons thus allowing for identification of areas of development
• Assist Head Sales Management to manage the business by making MIs available for the running of the business
• Provide SQ and error rates reports to senior management to improve governance within the business
• Developing Business activity Tracking/Management System to monitor performances of the sales team to track: Productivity, Targets, Business enablers, Performance parameters, achievements, and rankings
• Provide holistic analytical reports on Retail Management to Senior Sales Management. In that liaise with business partners in the region to deliver consistent and accurate information – enable decisions on customer engagement and business planning
• Manage projects from inception to completion being responsible for overhauling procedures, supervising implementation and completion of plan, related to the design and development needs of the project.
• Provide commentaries based on reports analysis for Group Reports, requiring full interaction with Sales Managers, Central teams, and Support functions to give a uniform message
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal operating guidelines through robust controls and monitoring frameworks
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Graduation degree is REQUIRED– to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit
• Strong excel, power bi or similar data analysis experience
• Understanding of Sales Structures, Incentive Framework
• Experience in dealing with Sales Managers with quires related to Sales MIs, Incentives and Productivity
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent planning, organizational and solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing and relationship building
• Accuracy – ability to get it right the first time
